Life Stage Transistion

Assist-Life Stage, Transition

Daily living and life skills training helps people become more independent. Caregivers or the person themselves do activities to improve skills like travelling alone, taking public transportation, and staying clean. Life skills are important because they help people handle challenges that come up in daily life.
You will work with My Community Care Services on daily tasks and life skills. We know what you want to achieve and will work together with you, your family, or caregivers to support you in becoming more confident and independent. If you want to improve a specific skill, AAAR Ability Assist will help you. We also help you learn how to live on your own and communicate with others. We offer services to help you and your loved ones deal with daily challenges and find ways to solve them.
